How bout this. My mother takes her car to stokes service dept. They change a part and charge nearly 1k. Then they tell her that didn't fix it and order another part which you guessed it was nearly another 1k. This is to go along with waiting weeks for them to even look at it and actually told her that they couldn't look at it because it wouldn't crank so they couldn't get it in the shop.
