Stokes, Carmichael, and Ernst attorneys were very unresponsive. They did not answer any of my phone calls, emails, messages, or online appointments. I believe they even blocked my phone number. The only thing I needed was for them to send some information to other attorneys that I needed in a timely manner. They did not do that!
