My therapist Amy was very observant and non-judgmental. She was very linguistically diligent. She chooses her words carefully, kindly and with great care that they build me up and lift my soul. She gladly moved to another topic if it was too difficult to stay on one that was hard for me to talk about. She helped me come up with a plan to prevent me from using substances that hurt my body and destroy my dreams. I don't know what to do? None of this makes sense my children live in Kansas, I haven't worked in 2023 at all, how would I have ever been able to pay child support whenever my mental health had been crippling me to work?
