I specifically asked if the food is made from scratch, and the waitress told me it was. Nothing they served is homemade. Mac and cheese taste like it came from the box. Green beans were canned green beans, not fresh.

RecommendedWe drove six hours to spend Thanksgiving in the Great Smokey Mountains. We had unknowingly order the Thanksgiving meal to go, not realizing that is was a pre-heat and serve meal. Which would not have been a big deal, if we were not staying in a hotel with a small microwave and no oven :( We had no way to prepare the meal! I called the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant and Grill and even though they were sold out they made us TWO mini Thanksgiving feasts (hot and ready!) to go for FREE.
