The meatloaf and green beans received bad reviews from the ones who got them at our table. Mac and cheese tasted just like Kraft Mac & Cheese. Chicken and Dumplings and the Country Fried Steak with Gravy were both good.
The best hands down! The food was a classic home cooked with that down home flavor! You never leave hungry!
We had to wait to get a table but that wasn’t a problem. Just rocked on the front porch. The staff are wonderful! They work like crazy with a positive attitude. We had Apple fritters and meatloaf and pot roast and veggies. Plus dessert! Had to have to-go boxes! So we actually got another meal out of it. Nikki was a wonderful waitress. Worth the wait! Outstanding food. Home cooked. Just a really nice experience. We will definitely be back!
