Great place to go with whole family
This review is for go karting only. If you are looking for competitive go karting you will be disappointed. It is nearly impossible to compete a full lap without spinning out due to the condition of the floor. The worker stated that they cleaned the floor recently and it completely ruined any grip you can get on the track. Will not be returning until they replace the floor which is a shame as I have been coming here for years.
We came with the intent to go Karting, only to be told it's booked up for the next 4.5 hours eventhough there was a race about to begin with only 3 people. We drove 2 hours to make a day of this facility only to be told we cant. If your planning to drop in, think again. I will never waste my time and money to come here again. If 0 stars was possible that's what they would get.
Hannah and Nicola are amazing employees, really welcoming and willing to help , made our visit great!
Nicola and Hannah demonstrated amazing customer service very friendly and helpful. When the pool table wasn’t working they opened it , so we could play a couple games which meant a lot cause I was looking forward to playing pool with friends. They went above and beyond and really made our day.
