As a new member the process has been phenomenal. The online set up, and process of it all has been amazing. The app itself is user friendly, I love that it shows an attendance tracker(which is a huge motivation!), the workout, times, coaches assigned to time and so much more. The facility is very nice, the setup is friendly, it is very clean and organized to a T! All the coaches have been very helpful, motivating and have kept me going, especially on the harder workout days! Stoic is a great place and I’m so happy I joined.

I love Stoic Strength and Fitness! This is the perfect place to come to get strong, but physically and mentally. Austin, Christina, and all of the other coaches are incredibly nice and encouraging. The 60 minute workouts are planned perfectly and fly by, even though I feel as if I moving die at the end of cardio day. If you’re looking for a gym that will support you on your health journey, I cannot recommend stoic highly enough.

This gym has the best trainers and people. The workouts are well thought out. The equipment and facility are awesome! If you looking for a great workout this is the place.

Stoic is a top notch gym! Personal training in a group class feel! The coaching is professional. The gym is kept clean and organized. I highly recommend if you are searching for a new gym or group class!
