RecommendedIt was a wonderful experience, the food was fantastic!!
I had a perfectly pleasant lunch, a little late. I always appreciate getting good service as a solo diner. Love the food, I had he-crab soup (lots of crab with a thick clotted cream and nutmeg on top) and a couple of oysters. And a craft cocktail of violet granita and gin.
A MUST on any trip through/to Denver! Their cocktails are AMAZING and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. The Royale with Cheese is delightful, but the Bartender's Choice was by far my favorite! I have never been to a restaurant/bar where the bar manager is bartending, even after putting in a full day already, and is so calm and collected in the busiest of moments. One of my favorite cocktail experiences of y summer - I will DEFINITELY be returning and highly recommend Stoic & Genuine!

We had oysters , chef’s choice crudo and cocktails for happy hour! Everything was very tasty! Our server recommended the best granita! Can’t remember the name but it had beet juice and I was blown away! This place is a must try!
