Dealer service departments often get a bad rap, and after some negative experiences with other dealerships, I’ll admit I was hesitant to bring my car in for service. However, Service Advisor Mike Pirelli and Technician Andrew Holbrook did such an excellent job with our GLI that I felt compelled to write this review. Service experience was horrendous. I work as a technician at Ted Britt Ford of Fairfax and we would never treat our customers or their vehicles like I and my car were treated at Stohlman VW. I knew that they would need some time with the vehicle for the concerns I had. I had gone into the service department 2 months ago to schedule service with a loaner.
