Service experience was horrendous. I work as a technician at Ted Britt Ford of Fairfax and we would never treat our customers or their vehicles like I and my car were treated at Stohlman VW. I knew that they would need some time with the vehicle for the concerns I had. I had gone into the service department 2 months ago to schedule service with a loaner.
