Professional service doesn’t mean rookie mistakes. I called to speak with the Service Director(Joe). Joe’s clearly busy with a shop that’s likely making mistakes like the one done to my vehicle. I took my Subaru to Stohlman to have my A/C serviced in June 2025. They told me that the wrong refrigerant or non-EPA compliant refrigerant was used in my vehicle. After they attempted to service my A/C, they said their equipment was contaminated, and they would have to withdraw it from service. There was nothing more they could do. They drained my refrigerant, and I was left without A/C for the entire summer and suffered through temperatures up to triple digits, which is not easy for a senior.
