A bad wind/rain storm tore siding from the side of the house. I am a widow on very fixed income and these kinds of problems cause me terrible stress. Ivo Stofan came right out, gave me a price and it was less than I expected, he had the work done perfectly and matched the siding perfectly. This is the second time I had Stofan Construction do work for me and I would not consider calling anyone else.
Great company, very fair in price. They are on time and very polite. They clean everything up and quick. Will use again if needed and recommend for sure. Thank you for the great work!
They did a fantastic and extremely efficient job on my new roof. They cleaned up so good that you wouldn't know that they just put on a new roof. I would recommend them to everyone. I know. I will think of them when I need any work in the future. If possible I would give them 6 stars they were that good.
Stofan Construction did our siding, roof and windows in 2022. They did a fantastic job. Ivo was great to work with and really helped answer any questions. I had a piece of siding come off from wind and i text him at 8:00am, someone was here by 9:00am to fix it. Great service and will always refer them!
Stofan did the siding and roofing on our house October 2025. Ivo was really great with communication (always prompt and detailed), he listened to what we wanted, had very fair with pricing, and his crew did a fantastic job. The quality of the materials used, explanation of set up and during the job, as well as the workmanship itself was great. He also did roof jobs for two of my neighbors after they saw the quality of work and professionalism.
