Hi everybody my name is Mike from Fairless Hills. Retired Carpenter hired Mr i v o to do my roof which I couldn't. I felt like I hired myself absolutely perfect absolute gentleman. The guys were great he was on the job all day took them one day to do the roof outstanding thank you sir. Old school's Not Dead thank you again.
If I could give less stars I would. Started out ok but then he wasn’t even going to get permits until I mentioned it. Had me do a lot of the leg work to figure stuff out for the permits which is crazy because that’s why I’m hired him. Then charged me $1800 for a blueprint to get the permits. The guy he used was just making ordinances up and I had to again do the leg work to find out what they actually were. After all that he told me it’s going to be $6000 more because his carpenter bailed! That’s not my problem. I signed a c... read more
