Garbage company. Doesn’t vet their sellers, but has no problem taking your money in the meantime. Then when you try to contact them? No contact info available - just a series of BS questions that lead you nowhere. Avoid at all costs.

I encountered a number of issues when trying to buy a PS5 via StockX as a Christmas gift, but I'll focus on the facts and not things like the quality of their (poor, slow) customer service: * I ordered and paid for a PS5 on December 10. It's a good sneaker source but there the reason for all of these bots its stockx getting all the playstations all jordans all the yeezys it's getting out of hand you can't get a pair of sneakers on the release date because a resale company has bots everywhere they dont care someone has to stop them

Placed an order December 18th. They took the funds out of my venmo, but didnt complete the transaction because they stated it was flagged for fraud. I then had to verify a couple more things for my account to be active. At that time I made another transaction, which is currently being shipped). However this is day 11 since they cancelled my order and I still have not recieved my $279.01 refund. Their email correspondence is terrible.
