Mr. Boyer was an attorney that made a client feel valued at first. Then he stops responding to emails and calls and passes the case to another attorney with no preview or headline to why. Received first bill from the attorney that he transferred the case to and it was hardly ever that high in the entire first year that Boyer was my attorney except first payment. However, he informed me of charges to come before billing which current attorney did not. Emails and phone calls are not being followed up in a timely manner.
Mr.Boyer violated our civil rights and the code of ethics. He worked with employees of the district attorneys office, child support, sheriffs department and judges to commit state and federal crimes. If he is your lawyer fire him immediately. If he was your lawyer you should contact the state ethic board and request a review of your case. Lee Boyer is a corrupt lawyer that takes money from his client but works for the state! He is a criminal!!!
