A great friend of mine referred me to SVH. The moment I stepped into the door, I felt the warmth of the friendly staff, and the facility is beautiful and clean. Dr. Julia was so loving, knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful towards my Shiba Inu, who typically can be standoff-ish and timid, but with a little time and the best treats, Foxy felt very comfortable there! Thank you SVH and staff for the best Vet experience I have ever had and even though I'm 30 minutes and a whole county away... it was definitely worth the trip!
Dr Charlie and her staff are amazing. Came in 2 days before Christmas with an emergency with my buddy Tiger. He was diagnosed with Feline Aortic Thromboembolism. It came about suddenly, we were in shock and devastated . We had to let him go and they Dr Charley and her team let us stay with him as long as we needed to. A very compassionate office who educated you about your Love one. �
We recently moved and had not yet got around to finding a new vet. Then one of the cats got sick. This practice was recommended to us from another that could not see us right away. We got an appointment 45 minutes later. Dr. Julia was so good and patient with our fearful feline. I like knowing that this practice is close, clean, well equipped and the staff is caring! Thank you!
We have known Dr. Charlie for years and cannot say enough about her and the care she gives to our Max & Nellie. We are so thrilled for her new venture and wish her all the best!
We've been dealing with Dr. Charlie for years and we were ecstatic when she opened her own practice. You will be very well served here. The staff is warm, inviting, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Charlie is the best, she takes her time with you and your pet. She explains everything and genuinely cares. Your appointment never feels rushed. She makes you feel like your visiting a friend who just happens to be an awesome vet.
Dr. Charlie is the best! She's been our vet for many years, and has always been kind, loving, and compassionate to our dogs as well as to us! SVH is a wonderful facility and we wish you much success!!!
