The old manager who scammed and caused issues is gone! There’s a new manager and she’s kind and empathetic! The manager above her is amazing too. I had issues with an upstairs neighbor but the situation was handled fairly and gracefully. I rented from them twice in different time periods, a one bed and then a two. The apartments are old, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, wall heaters and a/c and no washer/dryer in unit but I’m thankful! No bugs no mice, atleast in the units I stayed in. Quiet area and safe.
