Michael Stockton and Annabelle Newland are rude , condescending, and unprofessional. This is not a property management company you want any association with. Official complaints are being issued.
Took money for application fee and was denied the apartment but told guarantor was needed
Annabelle Newland-leasing agent -part owner of SRA was rude and arrogant. Condescending and ridiculing in her tone and mannerisms. She flat out lied regarding issues with the rental home. Newland copied and paste, signatures into lease, which is not only unethical, but against the law -dictated by the Realtor Association rendering the lease - actually null and void.
