Stockton Mortgage sold my personal information to telemarketers after I asked for a payoff statement on my loan. Now I am being bombarded with refinance calls. This is a blatant breach of privacy for which I will be filing an official complaint with the FTC. I will also be calling their offices every single time I receive a telemarketing call.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a house or property to go see Vicki Chaudion...at Stockton mortgage. She is truly awesome ,and made our experience a very pleasant one walked us through every step even closed quickly and Lindsey is so friendly and helpful she answered and helped with all questions HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended to anyone they are great at their job and know what they are doing .
I was happy with Stockton Mortgage at first but a huge misstep happened and have since decided to change my review. We reminded them multiple times I was eligible for the property tax reduction because of my veteran status. My loan is a Veteran loan and yet the paperwork was never filed. We are unable to file now because it has to be done when the house is first purchased. They also put both of our names on the mortgage when we specifically asked them to finance under my name only.
