This was my first time here. I attended a community based organizational meeting. Everything was very clean, well kept, and orderly.
Everyone was nice and friendly.
Nice inside and clean no line when I went . Lady that helped me was very unprofessional in my opinion . I work front desk and have standards to customer service and hers lacked . I went up to the front and stated I needed to pickup my daughter’s birth certificate and while staying seated she told me to fill out a clipboard with forms. Mind you there were 10 clipboards all different colors and piled in a small corner not organized where it would be easy to know what one to fill out with little direction.
