Great job cleaning my carpet at a very reasonable price. Will use again.
The young fella who showed up was friendly. The equipment was truck mounted (van, rather), but pretty dated and shabby. For my 1000 square foot home it took him about an hour and a half. My carpet was medium length and in kinda bad state with some serious stains, but he managed to get the worst ones faded significantly. My only reasons for giving 3 stars instead of 5 is that 1) I was told that the drying time would take 4 or 5 hours after cleaning, 2) the guy didn't supply any fans or give me any directions as to how best to... read more
