Pretty open for the most part. Still your typical new car dealer trying to sneak in unnecessary fees and expenses. Make sure to look for those on your quote and they will take them off. Really fast process going with the finance manager and isn't pushy at all for the extra warranties. He will simply take no for an answer and move on which is refreshing.
