I wouldn’t recommend Vanessa. She left my service midway for her team to complete the rest. On expressing dissatisfaction, she didn’t even bother to come to us to listen or to offer remedies. The team didn’t have an answer as well since they didn’t begin the service. Horrific experience. People should save their time and money by not coming here as there is no sense of providing good customer experience, let alone quality services.
Vanessa is extremely unprofessional. Although she gave me a decent haircut (I’ve had way nicer hair cuts elsewhere), the hair colour was beyond horrible!!!! An utter waste of $350. Would not recommend this place even if urgent.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon with Vanessa. She arrived late to our appointment because she didn’t even know she had one—a clear sign of a flawed and disorganized booking system. From the moment I sat in her chair, Vanessa was not warm or welcoming. She barely engaged with me, making the whole experience unpleasant.
