I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon with Vanessa. She arrived late to our appointment because she didn’t even know she had one—a clear sign of a flawed and disorganized booking system. Most traumatizing hair cut ever. I’m sitting in the chair, the hairstylist Vanessa was so so rude and looked so annoyed to be there with me from that start. She literally just met me idk what I did to her. I told her my hair is prone to breakage right now so to just be a little gentle. She proceeds to barely wash my hair properly (just cuz she’s too afraid) and when I said she can wash more she was like she’s too scared? Mindy is the best. I follow her everywhere for hair styling and color. The salon has incredible shampoo stations.
