attended for the first time this past summer (2019) & thoroughly enjoyed the many art styles displayed. there is something I'm sure to satisfy many tastes, including the food.
The food this year was less than desirable. Cogans pizza was a big let down, I love their pizza in the restaurant but it apparently did not travel well. The dough was very tough-not up to the Cogans standards we are used to experiencing.
Fresh Grilled Tuna Pita My behind! I have been coming to this festival for over 20 or 25 years. One of the things I look forward to the most is the fresh grilled tuna pita! This year was the worst I've ever had! It was warmed starkist Tuna from a flat top grill with mayonnaise wrapped in a pita. And to have the audacity to charge $9.50 4 can tuna! Always nice, but seems to be the same artists, year after year, after year with the same works. The show is getting stagnant.
The Stockley Gardens Art Festival is always a good time and a solid bet for good works.
Awesome! Great for artists to support and or display. Great atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. Some great artists and artwork this year. Great event!
My first experience attending this festival and absolutely love it. Lots of nice things to buy and good food. Highly recommend this for out of town visitors.
Love the local artists but walking in the mud was no fun.
