It was a have to stop by!! Staff and owner very helpful with our situation.
The people are so nice and helpful. They give you a grace period for when the rent is due, of course. However, they also are a little bit lenient within one or two days of that. They are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this wonderful place and great people. Lastly, their fees are extremely reasonable. They understand that not everyone's payday falls on one's rent due date. They'll work with you on any reasonable request. My unit was mostly clean when I rented it, and that's unheard of at other storage facilities.
Very clean and it was very easy to get a storage unit for my needs. I restore furniture and often use the space to do that. There is no power. However, I can put down a large tarp and paint and hand sand there and then store my furniture that I buy for future restoration. I feel safe there and there are cameras all around.
