I like the place
I have had to go to SR for several months now. I've had everything from xrays to biopsy and more. The front desk is usually busy however the girls do acknowledged you and have you sign in. These girls go beyond the scope of receptionist they follow thru on any of my concerns. I do recommend that people show up 15min before your appointment time as it does get busy.
The office was comfortable and clean. It was a bit crowded but wait was not long. Staff was efficient and friendly. No issues getting results. (PREGNANCY.)
Worst experience of my life! Please ask your doctors to refer you to kern radiology instead! On Oct 25th I went in to get an ultrasound and I seen the lady looking concerned and when I asked her if I could see my baby or hear the heart beat she said there was no baby in the sac! That the sac was empty. She starts to ask me if I was less weeks than I thought or if I had been bleeding which I replied no ! She then does the vaginal ultrasound where same answers ! No baby.
