Poor communication and very unprofessional management. Elise stopped responding to emails and calls while my property sat vacant. She removed my listing without authorization, causing unnecessary financial strain. I’ve had to move my management elsewhere just to get the property back on the market. Save yourself the stress and go to a different agency
Very poor service. They never return the full bond amount. My bond was held for 5 months. I paid over $2,000, but only received $500 back. The reason given for the deduction was that the dishwasher was blocked after 3 months. However, I had already returned the keys, and a new tenant had been living in the property during that time. It is unfair to charge me for an issue that occurred after I vacated the property. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
Very bad service. Never refund the bond.
