Time wasters and not people of their word! I found this branch in Ferntree, very disappointing. Especially customer service from Jacqueline and Grace, both said "I will get back to you today" on different occasions and never did, I Found this branch unorganised and unprofessional, I will not get a rental with these people ever!
I cannot recommend Janine and Grace enough Selling a home is a huge stressful thing and I was very anxious and having these 2 in my corner the whole time was the biggest blessing. It was so easy. Janine has so much knowledge and answers all the questions I had. To top it off I got a price I was happy with. Highly recommend Janine and Grace.
