Beware. From signing for the sale of our house, disaster for us. I've sold multiple properties and never experienced the issues we have from this company. From pressure to drop our price, abuse, threats and total disrespect. Bitterly disappointed that as a retiree, but I felt I would be doing an injustice to anybody in our situation looking for a company that would have your best interest at heart and not the buyer.
Daniel did a fantastic job leasing my property quickly. His communication throughout was excellent — clear, prompt, and proactive. He found a great tenant in no time, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Contacted Sharene Downie in regards to a rental property. She kept cutting me off as I was asking questions and really talks down on you. She was speaking to me like she was above me and I didn’t even end up going to the property inspection because I knew she’d be there. Don’t recommend dealing with her.
