Customer service is outstanding, Jess went out of her way help with whatever was needed in a very timely manner, including answering questions out of hours. Since moving to Ballarat 6 years I have experienced some appalling behaviours with other agencies, whilst renting. It has been enlightening to deal with someone that has been, polite, respectful and even humorous. If your looking for real service stick with Stocdale and Leggo. Thanks Jess you are amazing!
Jess has been awesome to work with. She’s always easy to get in contact with, she’s always on top of any maintenance issues and assists with quotes and competing works. This keeps my tenant happy. I’d highly recommend Jess if you’re looking for a gun PM around Ballarat
