Stockdale and Leggo Drysdale have been a fantastic rental provider for myself just under four years now. But especially due to having a great agent Montanna. Montanna responds to emails and calls in a timely manner, is friendly and well spoken. She does everything possible to make her tenants well informed and looked after. Would recommend Stockdale and Leggo Drysdale to anyone. 5 stars.

Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale and specifically Rhonda Humpage performed an excellent task selling my mom's house. Rhonda knew her house values, the area (& recent sales), and answered all our questions honestly. In contrast, other Real Estate agents, were either well under/over valued significantly. This would have resulted in substantially less money or alternatively, the property would have been on the market several months.(if not a year) That agent would then try to get us to accept a much lower price. Sent an email, and called twice trying to get a valuation to sell our home in Drysdale. No return call. Rang a third time, and person I spoke to had no idea who I was - despite the fact it was the same person I’d left a previous message with. Wonder how often they do the same to potential buyers, for people who do list properties? Had two other agencies respond immediately. Give these guys a miss if you actually want to sell your property.
