I was 10 min late and the charge nurse (Betty) cut my machine time ny 40 minutes. I was not told until the end of my treatment and when I questioned it the social worker threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave without answers. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Most of the staff is rude and lack knowledge. The social worker violates HIPPA laws. Tha nephrologist is ignorant of what goes on in the clinic and rarely talks to the patients. The NP is clueless and personally attacks patients. Overall the worst experience you can have in a dialysis clinic. So many patients have died in the last year. Do yourself a favor and go to any other clinic but this one.
