STAY FAR AWAY FROM STOCKBRIDGE – this place is slowly breaking down. its an old building, and yes some apartments do look okay...but in all i would recommend to keep looking at other apartments rather than live at stockbridge. its dirty and not well maintained. management switches like crazy and probly so bc no one wants to deal w/ this buildings problems. good location and decent rates, but not quite worth it.
Renters Beware – Beware - This building is in currently in foreclosure! The new management company, while optimistic, has their hands tied ... they are representing the bank during the court proceedings. The building is crumbling and there is no money to conduct major repairs and renovations. Water is leaking everywhere which has led to a largescale mold issue. An uncomfortable place to live!!! – The Stockbridge, from the outside looks like a decent building or place to live, but dont be fooled. There is many things wrong with this building, and that have been that way for years without repair, and if you ever lived here you would be able to contest to these issues. There is no working intercom system in this 5-story building, that has 2 secure doors that one must enter to get in.
