I purchased a set of chrome wheels for my Ram truck 15 months ago with a guarantee that they wouldn’t rust. Well 6 months after receiving them the back sides began to rust. With polish I was able to control it but very quick it got to where polish would not take care of it. When I reached out to them their solution was to sell me another set of wheels for $920 including shipping which was supposed to fix my rusty wheels. They sold me a set of wheels that did not fit my vehicle. Then when I returned the wheels to them in Sarasota FL, I was told one was damaged. They sent the pics that I requested so I could file for the insurance thru FEDEX but they kept putting me off. By the time I received pictures, my window of opportunity to file for insurance claim had expired. They did refund for three wheels, but would have been grateful to have had the opportunity to file on the insurance claim. One person in particular would not return my calls or m... read more
