Love the pool but the customer service is beyond great. Any time I’ve had any question, no matter the day, they’ve responded within minutes. With two little ones under three, it’s been a great way to introduce them to water. We also have the hot tub hookup so our friends love coming over in the winter time. If 10 stars was an option, they’d have it
Have had my stock tank for over 2 years now. But the friendliness from them was more than receiving the stock tank itself. I absolutely love it. It has stayed in great condition for this long and kids absolutely love it, my friend took a liking as well and now is getting her one this summer.
We couldn't be happier with our Stocktank Love experience. From even before we ordered our stock tank pool until several days after, the Stocktank Love team has been super responsive to our numerous questions, helpful and incredibly kind. They kept us informed at all times on delivery and installed the pool efficiently. I bought our pool in 2022 and I’m still blown away by their product and customer service. They check in with tips (during the freeze for example), answer all my questions- and really stand behind their product. Highly recommend!!
I called and texted them to pay the down payment, as I’m over 50 miles from Leander, as per the website. However, I never received a call or text back.
