Been with them for a year. The manager is really nice. I always see hear cleaning and taking care of the units and or property. If I could get in any time any day I would give it a 5 star.
MICE! MICE! MICE! Rented out a end unit. Found mice in our unit in the middle of winter. Called in about it and they said, "Sorry, not our problem." There was also hornets nests and nasty looking bugs when cleaning out. Lots of our stuff was infested. They can raise the rent price whenever they feel like it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!

I called and received a very angry customer service rep. Tough to gain my business with a lack of kindness
Probably the worst storage facility I've ever dealt with. It's owned by an out of state company, the number you call is actually in Texas. There is no way to call a local manager they just say they will give him a message. After waiting 3 hours to settel our bill he never showed up or called back even after calling the Texas office 3 times. I suggest to store somewhere else.
