Todd runs THE BEST storage facility I have used to date! His customer service is TOP NOTCH. I needed a unit pretty quick and was giving up hope until I found Stock & Lock. Getting set up was so easy and the units are very well maintained and reasonably priced. Another plus is the insurance offered for your belongings at a very fair price (not many storage facilities offer this valuable coverage) I used the Parkwood school location and the owner lives nearby and keeps a very close eye on things plus monitors with cameras. We have been storing our 31 foot camper with Stock & Lock for 3 years now. We feel that the facility is very clean, exceptionally well maintained and very well protected. To enter you must have your own pass code and there are cameras to record every move. There has never been any damage or a need for concern for our property. The immediate responses I have received whenever I have had a question have been prompt and concise. I can't say enough good things about this facility.

Clean and safe ... but most important...a STABLE monthly rent! We used some other larger facilities but they bring you in with a teaser rate and then randomly raise it..."dependent on supply and demand" Payment was smooth, they provide the lock, well lit, and clean. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for storage for moving or other reasons, like having an extra garage!

We stores our camper at the Little Starnes Road location for over a year. This is a great facility and excellent customer service. Todd is really friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone, even if you have to park outside the gate for a month or two. ;)

Very good experience renting here. Quick and easy move in and move out. Never had issues getting in or out of the gated area. Would rent here again.
