great people my sales person was great very good priced
I was in will call trying to shop for windows and the shop supervisor I’m guessing. His name is Justin Lagrange at first his approach was friendly and greeting but once we started to explain what kinda of windows we were looking for he said you people are all the same which meant we people as Hispanics can never make up our mind and further could not understand they way we talk. I’ve never felt so bad especially in front of other employees and customers, that guy needs to be fired.

Bought $12,000 worth of kitchen cabinets here. Upon delivery, their delivery truck backed into our retaining wall and caused approximately $2,300 worth of damage based on two quotes that I received to repair it. Initially, they seemed like they were going to take care of the damage, but now are saying that they are not liable. I called and inquired about Baldwin Brass door knobs. The person I spoke with assured me that I could come in and order what I wanted online since they do not have a show room . I went in and told the person at the counter(Ben) why I was there and also what the person on the phone had said. He threw the brochure up on the counter and said I could order them online.
