Sandy was a great help in the office and I had a near perfect experience with them. Tooth feels great and everything got fixed!
Last Friday I wasted an hour filling out their required information forms----get to my appointment today-and Sandy, the receptionist-informs me that "I am not in network"! I am shocked--and she says "she left a message"-she couldn't remember when---then tells me she "doesn't leave any personal messages"..! I get home--there was no message left by her. Leaving a message that I am Out of Network--is NOT personal!!! She wasted hours of my time not letting me know this before I came in to the office and filled out all her forms ... read more

Needed an emergency procedure since I couldn’t eat and was in excruciating pain. Dr. Took a photo and sent me home with a bill. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic oath. Next dentist I saw gave me a temporary fix and then we went on from there. But I guess it is not a lucrative business and every dollar counts?
Dr. Stoch and his team are AMAZING! I ended up needing a root canal. I was nervous as it was my first root canal. Dr. Stoch and the team made me feel very comfortable. After the Novacaine wore off, I hardly had any pain. The office environment is very relaxing. What I really liked about Dr. Stoch and his team is they don't rush. You are not just a number. They really listen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
