These guys are very very slow to respond, and not very aggressive with filling vacancies. Every tenant issue we had was dealt with in seemingly shady manner. Keep looking, their song and dance is great when they are trying to get you into a contract... once your in a contract expect 2-3 week response delays for any question or problem and for their discounted service partners to charge more than Joe Schmo from the phone book.

I have also had a positive experience with STML. I have never had any issues with the staff there. They manage my properties and let me know if I need to get involved in any decision with tenants, reparies etc. These guys know what they are doing. You can t go wrong.

I highly recommend STML to manage your residential property. I received a job transfer for work and the market has been less than desirable to sell my home. I started doing some research and contacted STML. Ben came over and he did a walk thru of the property and told me what I would need to do in order to put my home on the rental market. He also showed me active rental listings and comparable properties in my general area. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
