I have nothing positive to say about my recent experience at this hospital. After moving away ten years ago, I returned to visit my father-in-law. My wife and I arrived to find his room empty; we knew he was having a procedure, but not a single staff member on the floor could tell us where he was or when he’d return. For over four hours, we were met with shrugs and guesses rather than any genuine attempt to help.
