Order clutch for Polaris ranger, they sent parts for rzr. Admitted to their mistake, said they would overnight the correct clutch. They did not. The following Monday contacted them and asked what the situation was. They said they were waiting on confirmation of us returning the rzr clutch, we provided the confirmation number on that phone call. 1:30pm, they said it was too late to ship out. Terrible customer service and warranty on their very expensive clutches. Horribly disappointed. If you’re Considering buying their product please please please read their fine print. They do not back their product.
