Scott and Ben are both very professional and keep you update with what is going on with your project in a timely manner. They have built a porch and did a pantry remodel for us. We are very pleased with the work that was done and get many compliments on the workmanship! We would highly recommend them!
Scott of STM Development provided the initial estimate on our bathroom remodel. His estimation was fluid wrt our desired look and feel of the desired final remodel and was reasonable. Initially asked Scott on his availability and time frame late last year and indicated he had time-slot available in early 2026 with an estimated completion of 3 to 6 weeks. I would highly recommend STM for bathroom shower remodeling. They did an outstanding job with our new shower. The installer, Benjamin was amazing, polite,efficient, helpful , and very dedicated to doing a good job. I highly recommend STM
