We had an EXCELLENT experience renting through City Heights Properties. The apartment had great historic charm as well as nice updates. The location was excellent. Dan is always very responsive to maintenance requests. Literally every single aspect of renting here was positive. I can not recommend City Heights highly enough.
Hands down the best renting experience I've had. Dan is a phenomenal landlord and takes the best care of both his apartments & tenants. 6/5 stars is more like it.
