I have used this facility for close to a year. I like being able to pay online - it's really hassle free. The folks here are friendly and helpful. The place is clean, gated, and well lit.
Tanya and the STL Storage staff were very friendly and helpful in taking care of my storage needs. I will definitely use and refer them in the future!
Park my travel trailer here. Nice and easy to access. Clean and has cameras. Nice staff when I have interacted with them.
Mice problem** Seems like a good storage place except mice got into my things, ate through my holiday bags, ate through boxes, ate a wreath of mine, ate through a few of my kids bags so I called the office they said they hadn’t heard of any complaints on mice so I had to purchase my own traps and set them out and came back few days later and I saw a few dead mice in front of 2 storage units and on inside of my storage unit.
