Our Strata used Timothy to paint the exterior of the top floor of our townhouse building as part of a warranty repairs. This required him to access 8 different balconies spread out over 4 units with lots of small awkward surfaces to paint. Not only did he do an exceptional job, it was completed relatively quickly.
