This office is informative, polite, and thorough. I appreciate them answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns BUT what I like most is the team environment. They talk to each other in a respectful manner and are always willing to lend a hand when needed.
First visit. No papers to fill out ( I did them on line, before). Staff friendly. Hygenist was very friendly and chatty, which is good bc I was unable to reply, with teeth cleaned and x-rayed. Dr Stieren was very thorough and had some ideas regarding future dental options. I live less than 8 minutes away so my gas use was minimal. Il have found my new Dental Office.
DO NOTTTTT GET A ROOT CANAL HERE. I had paid $1000 to get a root canal done in February for a severe toothache, thought everything went great. The pain in the same area came back a few months later, but worse, so I decided to go back. I was not even in the office for 30 minutes before the dentist was able to point out a 4th missed nerve from my root canal on the xray taken. Dr Delgato was extremely nice, given the situation and my frustration. She had informed me that I would need a 2nd root canal and that they do not offer ... read more
