My girlfriend went to get xrays and cleaning and they charged her for xrays and did not do any cleaning and charged her 300$. They refused to do cleaning and that was the main thing she came for. Bait and switch cause they refused to do cleaning after doing xrays and charged her and denied doing cleaning. Will do a charge back on this cause will not be going back.
They may be great Dentist but they sure know how to scam somebody with no money promise him something and then change it saying whatever they want to fulfill their needs. Should’ve been stated at the beginning shouldn’t be taking peoples money and not doing what they say they’re gonna do. Offer a $299 special but then after say I don’t qualify after I spend the money unfair scammers be careful. Take advantage of a mother of three to line your pockets.. We will be filing a complaint with the MDB.
They did a great job, and made me feel comfortable. I am terrified of the dentist and they understood that and took care of my worries.
Very professional, very thorough, paid attention to details. Listened to all of my concerns and made a treatment plan. Wonderful office. Wonderful dentist wonderful staff. I love it here. JONI was the very best!!
