Wait time was under five minutes. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Just note that they’re located on the third floor.

wanted to share my review of my experiences here especially after my recent visit to another lab in Hamilton where the service was nowhere near what | receive at STL. Liz, and Navii at the front are always a pleasure. So friendly, helpful, make you feel welcome and always with a smile. Both are extremely knowledgeable and Liz was able to sort out an issue I had with a requisition and solve the problem saving me an additional trip. I used to love this place, but the last several times I have tried to make an appointment, they’re booking a few weeks out which is frustrating. Most people can’t wait weeks to have an ultrasound. The receptionist also isn’t helpful, whereas a couple years ago I remember the staff being so friendly.
Went for my 20weeks anatomy scan and they allowed my husband to be in with me. The technician was kind and also had a screen for me to view my scan the entire time.
