I had a priority chest x ray and I drove for 20 mins to this location and I arrive at 3:30 - 1 hour prior to their closing time. When I arrive- the front desk’s response was - we are done for the day. Why don’t you update your hours to reflect the same? I paid 4$ parking ticket to be turned back. I had previously called in and they wouldn’t pick up the phone and when I asked her, her response was- we are very busy. Hire more staff. Very frustrated with this experience.
I had a great experience at StL for my 20 week anatomy scan. Danica was amazing throughout and very patient. My husband was allowed in for the entire scan and there is a screen that allows you to watch the entire time which is rare. Also got many printed photos! Much better experience compared to my previous anatomy scan at the hospital. Would recommend!
