I would avoid this property management at any location. They cannot protect mail and packages from theft. They don't comply with USPS regulations regarding mailboxes. Properties are filthy and smelly. They smell like mildew due to the outer doors not sealing properly, allowing rain to come in under the doors. Building security is almost non existent. There are locks on ground level doors, but go up a fire escape and no door has a lock on it. Anyone can just walk in.Â

there are only three reviews on this company because they frequently change their name due to poor reviews/law suits. they are sneaky and awful. i am telling you, do not live here.Â
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! All the 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Why would there be as many 5 stars as 1 stars? They are creating those to make up for their poor service. I'm going to list the issues in order of appearance. You will be making a huge mistake if you move into this building, unless you enjoy taking stairs because the elevator doesn't work at least 10% of the time. Literally the worst company I’ve had to deal with my whole life! My roommate & I have not only be screwed over a few times, but multiple times (5-7)!! Seriously terrible. Warning to not move in with stlcitywide!!Â
I live in the Leonardo building. I’ve lived in three different countries and a lot of cities, including NYC, and this is truly the worst building/management company ever. Ever. Where do I start? 1. *Elevator broken for 3 months now*. Our elevator has been broken for almost 3 months at this point. That’s right we have been without a functional elevator in the middle of a pandemic and a severe winter.
