I struggled with hip and low back pain for a few years thinking it was aging, my desk job or working out too hard. I slowly began limiting my activities thinking I'd just never be able to do them again. His sessions are much different than any others I researched and they work! I am feeling so much better and I have slowly been able to reintroduce my prior activities! Highly recommend! Do not wait like I did!

Dr. Alec’s assessment and treatment has been one of the best additions to my health. I am hyper mobile and have seen a variety of chiropractors and physical therapists over the years, without significant success. What’s different about Dr. Alec is that he truly listens to me when I share concerns or explain that I cannot feel exercises correctly. STL : Chiropractic and Performance center has helped me with rehabilitation of both of my shoulders, one was surgically repaired a few years ago and was weak.
