I’ve gone to Dr. Alec for several issues stemming from old sports injuries, and the experience has been excellent. He gives one-on-one attention and takes the time to understand what’s going on. His expertise not only helped me recover, but he also taught me exercises I can do on my own when something flares up. Highly recommend!
Alec has been amazing to work with - my back and hip pain were so much better after just a few visits and I can feel myself getting stronger and stronger as time goes on. He is friendly, explains everything well, and really cares about his patients!
I have to say, working with Dr. Alec has been an excellent experience. I came in with two long-term injuries—one lasting over a year and the other for about five months—and was starting to lose hope of ever getting back to the trails. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do long hikes again, let alone run. But now I’m hiking stronger than ever and even running 2–4 miles, with plans to go farther soon. Highly recommended!
