We bought a new bed and within a week the wood frame broke. They fixed it once but then it broke again a month later. Apparently if you wood floors the feet and slats are prone to breaking if there is any movement in the bed. We decided we needed something sturdier than the thin wood slats that came with the bed. Looking online for a solution to fix the bed I came across the metal frame from STL Beds that fits beds with sideboards. That $100 was a great investment. I feel like I'm in a brand new bed! Terrible directions though for assembly
My 86 year old moms bed was too high for her getting in and out of bed. A friend recommended STL Low Rise Bed frame. It works great. Mom has never slept so good!
I bought a new mattress recently. It was too high on my bed. My husband found STL in a Google search for a solution to lower the bed. STL was very informative. We ordered our rails which fit perfectly and lowered my mattress by almost 4 inches. Frame is very heavy and sturdy with middle support. The order arrived quickly and at a very reasonable price. We even told the business where we bought the mattress that they should suggest STL to their customers who have this same problem. Highly recommend them.
