Mal manejo
This place will never get better until they get better staff or train the front girls better. They’re rude and unprofessional. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do it’s unpleasant. Been waiting for a mri referral for about two months I can’t get ahold of them and finally someone answered today and said they sent it out barely two days ago. The new Dr is reasonable and understanding but they’ll never improve until they put actual competent people to assist patients
Negligent and unprofessional. Completely impossible to get thro no matter what time of the day you call. If they bother to answer they are no help. And never have available appointments. Seems really weird. The time I was actually able to be seen the Dr completely ignored my injuries from my accident and i still can’t regain mobility but I can’t seem to get a hold for an appointment
